Today's topic is Online Timelines. I explored the online timeline tool that is called Dipity. Dipity is a free tool that can produce timelines for individual or group projects. This tool allows for videos, images, links, audio and text to be added to the timeline. I have attached an example of a timeline from Dipity.
I found the timeline to be visually stimulating and would use it in the classroom. Dipity has settings that allow the timeline to be selected as private. This would be ideal for schools settings. I would be able to utilise this tool in the History and Health and Physical Education classes I will be teaching.
